1. Where are you based?

Beads on Backroads is based in Echuca, Victoria, though I’m often travelling Australia.

2. Are your products handmade?

Yes — every piece is handmade with care by Sue.

3. What products do you make?

I create beaded wristlets, bracelets, key rings, lanyards, dummy clips, and other handmade accessories.

4. Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, shipping is available Australia-wide via Australia Post.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 per item.

6. How long will my order take to be sent?

Orders are usually posted within 1–3 business days once payment is received, unless the item is custom-made.

7. Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Please get in touch to organise this.

8. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, custom orders are welcome. You’ll be guided through the process and asked to complete a custom order form.

9. Can I choose my colours?

For custom orders, yes. Colour options will be discussed and confirmed before your item is made.

10. What materials do you use?

I use BPA-free, food-grade silicone beads, strong cord, and durable metal components sourced from Australian suppliers.

11. Are your products safe for children?

All items are made with strong cord and secure knots, however adult supervision is required at all times when children are using items such as dummy clips.

12. How do I clean my item?

Items can be cleaned using warm, soapy water and left to air dry.

13. What if my item isn’t what I expected?

If your item isn’t what was agreed upon, please contact me and I’ll happily work with you to fix or remake it.

14. Do colours look exactly like the photos?

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the products.
